worst landlord ever!!! do not move here.

Don’t be fooled. Don’t take owner at face value. Don’t let the quaint appearance and history fool you. You will get nice act from owner when first there, then when it’s time to go the vindictive nature comes out. You can’t locate him and he doesn’t show for you to give notice of exit in writing. He will not show for exit walk through.
He WILL keep your entire deposit (on an immaculate apartment) then SUE for more money.
A real con here so unless you are sure you’re never moving out of the area and can fight him in court stay away!
–Strip club/​bar across the side street makes a lot of noise.
? Not much else around makes you think it might be safe but pursue at own risk or at least research crime in area!

I know lots of people who live there… they all seem to like it a lot. Family owned and they take really good care of their apartments. Nice people, close to campus, great landscaping and good service. Three-​floors, but no elevator. Safe. Worth a look for sure.
