So far this year, they have charged us for a repair they didn’t finish, sold us the wrong bags, promised us a filter so we could finish the repair and didn’t send it. Wish there were another close repair shop for Rikkar vacuums.

I didn’t even know they had vacuum repair shops. Then Christmas came to town, and my husband HAD to have a real tree. FYI — don’t get a real tree if you have carpet. It will definitely clog your vacuum. Rookie mistake on my part. When I checked online for the nearest place to get my Hoover fixed, it gave me this location. I called ahead to ask how one goes about fixing their vacuum. Simple as dripping it off and giving them your info and a description of the problem. I didn’t really have to because when they flipped it on its side, a bunch of pine needles poured out. Eeeew. How embarrassing. Sadly, this type of problem want covered by my warranty, so I had to pay $ 50 for a replacement belt. Boo. But it’s been working fine all year. Hey, a small price to pay rather than buy another $ 200 vacuum.

Simply great. I have shopped here for years when it was called Oreck and it is the same folks just with a lot bigger selection. I had a question about a machine I bought at Sears and they were really helpful on that as well.

ripped off! I had a coupon for a dyson cleaning ½ off. My dyson hasnt been working like it should so I thought I would take it in. They never called to tell me it was ready, I had to call them. I went in to pick it up. They put two new filters in it $ 40EACH… the coupon was for half of labor… $ 40 savings… $ 136 later. The Dyson runs no different than before. With $ 40 for EACH filter, I wont be replacing it again. For $ 136 I could of bought a new vacuum. I will never ever go back there again. Poor customer service and worksmanship and terribly over priced
