U-Haul Moving & Storage at Michigan Rd

Recently had to rent a 15′ U-​Haul truck for a move across town on Saturday. My pick up time was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and I showed up around 8:40 a.m. There were two people working the counter and had to wait approximately 10 mins to be seen due to a line. Once I sat down, the whole process only took about 5 mins.
I was helped by Michele. She was very quick and even walked me out to point me to the right truck. She verified my phone number by calling me and I had to show her my phone (I thought that was weird). I didn’t actually have to give her my phone so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I drove out of there about 8:50 a.m.
The truck was very clean, everything worked and I didn’t have any issues. I brought the truck back about a half an hour early (had 6 hours to work with) and the gentleman that greeted me was very nice. He did a quick walk around and verified the mileage and that I had filled it back up. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
If you’ve never rented a U-​haul before, don’t be surprised if your bill is a little higher than the $ 19.99 or $ 29.99 price they have superimposed everywhere. The 15′ truck ($ 29.99) I rented ended up being about $ 126 after mileage (.99 per mile), gas, insurance, and taxes.

informed us that they infact did NOT have all the necessary parts for the installation. They didn’t understand why the CALL CENTER told us that their location did
