Wonderful customer service for us! Put a hitch on our corolla for a move and rented a small trailer. Clean, nice, efficient, and priced competitively.

Picked up at 20″ truck and noticed a pair of hemostats in the passenger door. Loaded our belongings and drove it across country to Phoenix, AZ. Unloaded it and while cleaning out the cab we found a plastic bag containing an auto travel ashtray. Inside the ashtray were half smoked marijuana joints and seeds. I called UHaul corp to complain. They offered me a $ 30 VIP certificate and referred my back to the local store that I rented from. That manager called me and said mistakes happen, he was sorry and said we would have never been arrested if we were pulled over. I disagreed and asked for a refund. I was told No.
I am totally disgusted with the entire way UHaul handled this situation will never rent from them again. Poor customer service to say the least.
