Deceptive business practices. Paid for ONE year, agreed to one year, no continuing service. They came out anyway with no warning, sprayed only the front yard and sent me a bill for double what I paid the previous year. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRUGREEN.
Even for the one year I did agree to have them service the lawn, still loads of weeds and grass no greener or thicker. Don’t waste your money with these scam artists.

I had Trugreen in another state and the service was excellent. We have a home in Bloomington, Indiana and signed up with them again. They were prepaid. Trugreen has not cancelled four times and some individuals from the call center was rude! I’m checking out others and I will be canceling!
