Thank you! Walked in about 6:30. Asked for a bang trim. Nicole had an opening. When I sat down, I also asked about an Aveda product that would help my damaged hair. She said, your hair isn’t damaged, it just needs a trim. So I asked if she had time to do a trim, and she did! After an AMAZING wash AND hand massage, she gave me an excellent hair cut. And she is so friendly and personable, too!
I need to add that I was in Indianapolis for work. This salon could have easily considered that I may not come back soon based on this. But they didn’t. They treated me like a regular. I felt really special and well take care of.
I highly recommend this salon and Nicole. And I will DEFINITELY seek this salon out the next time I am in Indianapolis.
