These folks are terrific. I’m looking to add a black & white laser etched photo to my sons’ headstone. I was told by another company this couldn’t be down since the insert size is no longer made. These terrific folks deal with this often and explained exactly what I need to provide to modify his headstone. Examples are here on site of the different techniques and color vs. black & white. A major benefit when deciding which style and color to use.
This isn’t something the average person gets excited by but with the confidence and experience of the tradespeople at Thomas I know the photo will be properly made and installed.

They will treat you like their family from the owner to the last employee and your loved one is treated with the respect they deserve.
Your feelings and sadness are embraced with the «old fashioned» attitude of «we will do right by you». If you want to test that… first go somewhere else and get the cost of your monument, see how you are treated and then come here… you will immediately understand what I am saying.
Be prepared for a few young children roaming around the old showroom, as the owners and employees are permitted to bring there children to work. (More of the family atmosphere). There are a couple well behaved cats that will help add to the comfort.
Don’t expect a lavish showroom and frills, this is a basic no nonsense simplistic showing of your need for remembrance. It is why you can purchase your monument for up to 50% less than you will pay anywhere else and they will take care of all those «rules and laws» for each individual cemetery.
I am fortunate to have done business with this group of wonderful people and proud to call them my friends and family.
