I went online to buy a CASACHAIR. I ordered it online and got it in the delivery. When I received it. It had cut in the Chair. The delivery reps just left their and didn’t even bother to call customer service. They told me here is the number and call them. The service is very bad and the they also are ver disrespectful to the customer. They don’t know how to talk with their customers. Even calling customer service they also treat the customers like they don’t matter.
