Couldn’t of asked for a better experience! The company went out of there way on SUNDAY to deliver a birthday order that I needed and wouldn’t of had time to pick up myself. Will definitely be back again.

I worked with David, Carol and Pat throughout the course of a year leading up to my daughter’s wedding last weekend. All three were approachable and helpful each time I called or visited the flower shop. David took lots of notes and showed us numerous pictures which helped refine our taste. Honestly, I probably could have met with him only once and trusted him completely. David takes pride in his projects and customer service, and gives sensible recommendations. The end result was above and beyond all expectations!

I would like to thank The Empty Vase for a great walk-​in experience. I was in a pinch and needed some flowers for the lady friend. They were able to accommodate and put together an awesome looking bundle of flowers that my girlfriend loved. I cant wait until they open up their new location near the Monon. Thanks!

I have no doubt that the staff is very talented as I’ve seen their products many times. However, when trying to place an event order with them, staff was inconsiderate and inconvenienced. I will not be seeking their services again.

We worked with David for our wedding on 5÷15÷14. I met with David once and showed him several pictures of bouquets and such from Pinterest and pointed out what I liked about each one. I basically wanted 3 – 4 bouquets mixed into one bouquet David knew right away what I wanted and that was it. He was so friendly the entire time and worked with us on our budget. We had a small wedding so we didn’t need outrageous amounts of flowers but that was okay with them and they were just absolutely WONDERFUL!
I would highly recommend The Empty Vase especially if you are looking for unique arrangements that are well beautiful. They are so friendly and down to earth people I couldn’t have asked for more gorgeous flowers at my wedding.

My husband and I worked with David for our wedding and had a fabulous experience! He was incredible and made our day even more beautiful than I could have imagined! From the bouquets to the church, cocktails to centerpieces — he touch transformed the wedding. In addition the shop is awesome — we met there a few times leading up to the wedding and they always have really interesting and unique items.

The Empty Vase is by far my favorite flower shop. Every time I, or people I know, receive an arrangement it is beautiful. They use traditional flowers mixed in with flowers and foliage that are a little more unique, like thistle or cockscomb. They have a great creative eye and will incorporate anything you ask them to in your arrangement. They are a great group of people, and easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs!

My husband and I got married in June 2011, and we worked with David on our flowers. He is brilliant. Our flowers were absolutely perfect. I am so happy that he was recommended. The three of us had a couple of brainstorming sessions, and he took lots of notes on what we envisioned. We did not see our flowers until we got down to Brown County, where our wedding took place, for our rehearsal and they took our breath away. The arrangements were all so beautiful and lush without being over the top. He really put our personalities into our flowers, and I will NEVER use another flower shop. You must check them out!
