Not sterile. They brought me into the procedure room for spinal shots without having me change out of my street clothes. The door was wide open. The staff was hasty and bored and couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. They let me go home with a leg that was completely numb, so numb in fact that after a 1.5 hour car ride, I still couldn’t walk from the car into the house. I’ve had several of these procedures done at other places and I can tell you, this is a chop shop. Avoid this place at all costs.

People should be responsible enough to understand their insurance is a contract. You should understand the difference between in network and out of network benefits. With that being said, I knew full well I would pay more than an in network place. The staff was nice, the anesthesiologist was great and I would go back to the surgeon again for any additional broken bones I hope to never get. The wait and process is much better than that of a traditional hospital. They even gave me the in network rate because I asked. ALWAYS BE INFORMED AND ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS! It is YOUR responsibility to know your insurance.
