Took our yorkie mix here. When we picked him up all seemed well. I noticed once we got home there was blood everywhere. Realized then that they had completely cut off of his do claw, the claw on the inside of the feet. I called and they stated «we tried to glue it» and he seemed ok. They neglected to even tell us, until we saw the blood. Unprofessional to not let a client know that u injured their dog .
Needless to say he isn’t going back.

They take wonderful care of my pup! She’s not a breed that needs a haircut, but they brush her very thoroughly, bath her well, trim her claws, and even express her glands if necessary (as my dog tends to have an issue with that). She comes home smelling great with a smooth, soft coat — and a cute bandana! The ladies there are so friendly, too, and are willing to answer any questions.

We were looking for a pet salon closer to us. We usually hit the VCA Beech Grove. While we have enjoyed their service, they require a drop off time before 8am which can be inconvenient. At SnipIts, you can make an appointment and free up some time.
The service was very helpful and friendly. Our dog, Pineapple, was in and out and looked cute and well groomed.
