Physical plant is not kept up. An external door to a common area was off its hinges. Light bulb missing in a storage space. Weeds growing in gravel parking areas. (Outdoor parking provided for storing vehicles, boats and RV’s.) Peeling paint on buildings looked like it was at least 2 years since it needed to be painted.
Front office was not manned during stated business hours.
But the storage space was dry, and the price was cheap compared to more professionally run/maintained storage companies in the general area.

Slum lords is all this place is. They lost power from the snow storm and nothing was plowed until the Thursday morning. Not a phone call or anything to customers about the problem. I run my business out of my unit. Four hour delay waiting to get access. Do go here they have raised the rent three times in less than two years. Place is falling apart. Security cameras do not work. One star because I have to.
