I had service max come in and do my carpets as they were in desperate need after potty training a dog. The first time they came it was unfortunate and none of the stains came out. We called the owner and complained and he decided to come out and redo them himself. When he showed up he was extremely friendly. He came in and explained all the different processes to me and definitely knew what he was talking about. He was able to get out almost all the stains out (which was all I expected.) Overall it was a rocky start but I am pleased with the end result
