Does Sams Club has a great variety of items the staff are very friendly and courteous and attentive to all the customers to come I have yet to have a bad experience at this location I have been shopping here for many many years the only thing that has not changed over the years is there restrooms they are outdated extremely disgusting as a guy to go into a mens restroom and went to walk out because it looks and smells worse than a club bathroom. 300 dudes have one in 1 hour is sad for a family Store.
Keep in mind people have children with them when they come shopping and if I had a child I would never have them step foot in that bathroom it is dark not enough lighting the hand washing dispensers never have soap it’s just completely disgusting and to know that employees have to use those restrooms and go back to work really makes you question how clean things really are under the light I try not to think about it by never using the restrooms when I go to this location I have noted many times to their store manager that they need to Remodel there bathrooms there it’s a small project to do considering how many millions of dollars that Sam’s Club partners with Walmart as a conglomerate makes it’s not that big project and its the least they could do for their customers this alone is why I give it 3 stars it doesn’t matter the fact that their customer service is really good or that they try to keep a really great stock if they have basic needs for customers that are very disgusting when I go to a store that maintains a look at our and restrooms customer service and the level of stock because the employees have to use the restroom the employees have to stock the shelves if the restrooms are dirty in the stock shelves are low let you know that sucks varieties short with the stocks or high that makes you question I hope they wash their hands really good because I’m buying everything they put on the shelves with their hands.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Horrible customer service in the photo department! Online order stated photos would be ready in 24 hours. When I arrived to pick them up I was told it would take at least 2 – 3 days longer! I should have received an email stating this prior to my pick up time. Employee just shrugged.

Love this place! As long as you watch what your buying it’s great.
Also I’ve already made up for the membership in savings on gas their gas is usually thirty to forty cents a gallon cheaper than regular gas stations. The only trouble is its always busy and most people can’t figure out how to work the pump for some odd reason.
All in all this is a great place if your shopping bring your own bags and your iPad because the lines take forever.

This pharmacy actively seeks to keep the prices for their medicine as low as possible by researching their options and changing providers, which is something that not all pharmacies do! I appreciate their efforts to keep prices low and not increase their profit margins. Their employees are very nice and knowledgable as well.

I come to Sam’s Club all the time and have been a member for years, however, never thought about rating it until I joined the Unilocal community recently. I come here often when I am hosting a get together at my home, or when I used to be an NJROTC instructor and needed to purchase large quantity items for NJROTC events. I also purchase K-​cups for my Keurig here, which saves quite a bit of money. I purchase a box of 84 for approximately $ 37.00, whereas regular grocery stores charge about $ 11.99 for a box of 18. Therefore, at Sam’s I am paying about $.44 per K-​cup versus about $.66 per K-​cup at regular grocery stores. To accompany the coffee, I purchase the 8-​pack Carnation Evaporated Milk for $ 8.98, which is about $ 1.12 per can. Walmart charges $ 1.28 per can. The savings may not seem like a lot, however, every small savings adds up.
However, the main reason I visit Sam’s Club is to purchase gas, which I do from this location every week unless I am traveling. The gas prices are great and lower than those in the surrounding area. The only issue I have with the Sam’s Club gas station at this location is that they do not usually enforce the directional arrows, which almost caused me to get bumped into by someone racing in the wrong direction down one of the aisles. Only once have I witnessed the attendant stop someone from going the wrong direction.

I like this Sam’s Club because it is in an excellent location and has great prices ranging from Gas, Liquor, Food, and Electronics, Tires etc etc. Their warranties are also great and are not difficult to take advantage of when you need it. I love that I can go in there and spend less than 20 dollars and have a dish for a party that will serve well over 10 people. I also like that I can drive 2 – 3 extra blocks and find gas significantly cheaper. For example today the gas was approx 3.70−3.79 on 86^th street. I drove a few miles down the road and got gas for 3.51 there. That is extremely well worth it when you are in a budget and drive an SUV. The gas alone is worth the membership. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating and not a 5 is because for all the hard work they do they could pay their employees a bit more. Additionally their lines tend to get a bit long at times which can be nerve-​wracking especially when there are employees who want/​need extra hours. Other than that kudos from me.

I was a Costco member for many years until I bought a Groupon deal for a Sam’s membership that was too good to pass up. This location is bright and clean. We were there on a Saturday afternoon but there were ample checkouts opened (why can’t they do that at Walmart???) to accommodate the shoppers. We only waited a few minutes in line.
Nice selection of food and products — I just wish they carried the particular food my cat eats so I don’t have to order it from Amazon!
This location has a gas station, which is handy; the one on Rockville Road does not.

Why is Sam’s Club so much better than Walmart? That $ 40 per year membership doesn’t seem as though it would make such a difference.
This Sam’s Club seemed less well stocked than the East Washington Street store, but it serves a different crowd too. Employees in the phones and tablets area were helpful.
Checkout was a bit time consuming, but when isn’t it? When I find something I want, I’m usually behind someone with $ 300 worth of groceries.
Sam’s Club is a great place to save. Now, if they’d only take Visa, so I didn’t have to remember cash, and walk out the door sometimes without my purchases.

Good selection and nice layout. I purchase all of my bulk items here. Tip: Purchase a soda when you arrive and fill it up before you leave :)
