BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! You have to be able to trust movers. I mean you are letting them into your home and putting them in charge of all of your most precious possessions. When my fiancé and I called to determine pricing and schedule a date. The man on the other end of the phone was unprofessional and just flat out rude. He hung up before we could respond to his offer and cursed us out when we called back. I can’t imagine that a good company that needs positive online reviews and word of mouth to succeed would treat potential customers this way. PLEASE use caution when dealing with them!
Since I have begun posting about my poor customer service experience, we have even received a phone call from them threatening to sue us for libel.
