We booked 3 rooms for a very special weekend, Mothers Day, my moms 73rd birthday and my nieces college graduation. My sister(along with her 2CHILDREN) checked in the 1st night and we were to come the following night. She checked in, went to her room and noticed the Headboard from the bed was laying on the floor… the sheets AND Blankets were stained up, and the pool was cloudy and nasty looking… she went down to the desk and asked if she could have a different room, they said they had no other rooms… so she proceeded to ask if they could possibly take a little off the cost of the rooms… the front desk became VERYHATEFULANDNASTY with her and said NO they could NOT do that… she asked for the manager, which she eventually talked to and got the same response. She was very upset by this time and they had already charged her card for all 3 rooms we had booked. The manager and front desk employees became so rude they told her they were cancelling her rooms and she WITHHERTWOCHILDREN need to LEAVE… yes, she was upset, but she is NOT the type to cause a scene! So she went up to her room to gather her things and her children and they called her on the phone to tell her to get out of the hotel… she informed them she was gathering her things and she was definitely leaving! After all this happened she called me crying, she had NO money left on her debit card because they charged her for ALL3 rooms and it wouldn;‘t be credited back for 3 – 5DAYS! Do yourself a favor… DONOTEVER stay at this hotel!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! Happy Ending… I booked her a room in Plainfield at the the BAYMONT Inn…

If there was an option for no stars… thats what i would select!!! This place is disgusting and not worth more than $ 5 a night… I had to request a different room than the forst one they gave me because the first one didn’t have a working bathroom light(sorry but I’m not going to shower in the dark), the drawers were missing from the nightstand(just weird), the stains on the carpet looked light there was a full blown party at one point, stains on the beding… and just gross. The second room is better but smells musty and the ac unit has a hole in it, there are stains on the walls, and the carpet trim on the walls has fallen down. This place is just gross.

If I could give zero stars I would. Blood soaked sheets and comforters, trash on the floor, and no resolution given when requesting another room. We ended up leaving and going to the candle wood suites down the road, who actually had better pricing and BEAUTIFUL rooms. This place was disgusting, you feel like you need a shower after walking into their rooms. I emailed the GM who just said ok thanks??? LOLWORSTSERVICEANDPRODUCTEVER.

First room was very small and outdated. First thing we saw on the bed was a bug(not sure what it was) wasn’t flying away either. So we went to the front desk and they gave a larger room with a couch. Still extremely outdated. Get what you pay for I guess if you need a cheap, short stay hotel. It was somewhere to stay on our way back home so it served okay as just a place to sleep.

The facilities were fine, nothing fancy and a tad run down, but nothing nasty. This would have been a 3 star review except for the following: How many cigarette burns in a bed covering make it unusable? I would have previously thought that number would be «one, «but mine had at least four, plus a larger hole of unidentifiable origin. Not particularly terrible on the surface, but indicative of lack of attention to details. Free but filtered WiFi: I was able to access Google, Gmail and Facebook, but unable to access Reddit, Twitter, Slashdot and a variety of other websites as well as all the major Web proxies. Limited Internet might as well be no Internet at all. To be clear, this is far from the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but I’m hard-pressed to remember a less satisfying stay in the fine state of Indiana.

On one hand, I got a great deal on this hotel from Priceline. It only cost me $ 32 before fees and it was worth every penny. Of course, that’s not many pennies for a hotel room and it is a down economy. The hotel is good for laughs, from the shoddy workmanship in the bathroom tile to the terrible patching job to fix a hole in the tub to the ever-present smell of pool chlorine in all the stairs and hallways, no matter how far they are from the pool. The ancient microwave in the room is a nice touch. And I’ll never forget the laughs we shared when our toilet flushed and gurgled at 2:30AM because somebody on the floor above us used their toilet. PROS: –Cheap –Hilarious –Toilet gurgles the result of weird plumbing and not monsters CONS: –None, unless you don’t have a sense of humor.

My husband and I were in desperate need of a fast, cheap, leave-the-kids-at-grandma-and-grandpas, don’t call us we’ll call you, weekend getaway. So, for the cheap and fast part. Minutes away from downtown and nearby attractions like Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, etc we were able to book only two days ahead of our departure date and were still able to get a room with a jacuuzi. As for cheap, for two people, jacuuzi, and such, all for $ 152, including tax for 2 nights. Not bad at all when the cheapest rooms with jacuuzis I could find were ranging from $ 89 — $ 129PERNIGHT. And we needed our tub time!(Because let’s face it, with kids, sometimes washing your hands after a diaper change is the most relaxing thing you’ll do with water for a long time!) As I said, cheap! PROS: — Cheap — Jacuuzi — Continental breakfast included(coffee, juice, cold cereal, muffins, danish, bagels, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, waffles) — Decent wireless internet, we were able to watch Netflix on our laptop with no problems — Coffee available at all hours in the breakfast area — Coffee maker in room, blow dryer, small toiletries on hand — Indoor pool, we never used it but it was there and others used it during our stay. However while on our way to check out it was out of order. CONS: — Cheap. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. — Desperate need of an update!!! Wallpaper peeling in our room and in main hallway, TV about 15+ years old, carpet in main hallway bleached of color in some places, mattress, drapes, pillows are all worn and faded, refrigerator shelf broken inside — Staff not very friendly. The night guy apparently did not ring our card right upon check in so we received a call about 9am the next morning from the front desk, demanding we bring another credit card down ASAP because it was declined. So we head down only to see the night guys error and whaddoyaknow? The very same card worked fine. No apology, no nothing. Also, what housekeeping staff we did see never mentioned our presence or acknowledged us. And we were trying to check out, we were greeted with a «Huh? What do you need?» — Room not completely cleaned. Saw long white thread on the floor, small bits of trash under desk, under toilet bowl rim had«black stuff» pretty caked on — Side door not not very secure. It was easier for us to use the side entrance where our room was located. One swipe of your room key card and you’re in. We used that side entrance maybe 8 times during our stay and almost every time a small rock was used to prop the door open. I’m not expecting Fort Knox but a little diligence would solve that problem! — Jacuuzi front panel loose and«hot» knob itself was functional but had top decorative cap missing I’m not a traveler, and I did not expect this to be a pampered, 5 star hotel experience with massages and chocolates on my pillow. I expected a quiet, clean room where my husband and I could relax without the kids screaming at us for a couple of days and that is exactly what we got. Would I come back? Maybe. Budget is a huge factor for us and if it’s this place or nothing, I’m still packing my bags.
