Pizza Hut

«We don’t deliver to your apartment after dark.» Which is code for «We’re afraid of nonwhite people who might not speak English.»
They also took a half hour to call us and tell us they wouldn’t deliver, even though the Pizza Hut website said we were in their delivery area.
Awful, and probably racist.

I wish I could give the store less than one star. My order was over an hour late so I call and was told my order never existed. Then I call back again and get told it was already delivered to me which was false. I then get told that they’ll make a fresh order (even though it’s an hour and a half later), and then low and behold 10 minutes later the original delivery shows up cold soggy and really terrible.
TL;DR — bad food, even worse service

This place needs new management for sure. I’ve never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. I ordered pizza with light sauce. When it got there it looks like they put extra sauce. I mean this thing had sauce dripping off of it. So I figured they misunderstood and accidentally messed the order up. So I called and asked to talk to a manager. I waited on hold for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes the manager picked the phone up and hung it up. So I called back 3 times and each time they would pick it up and hang it up. So I out smarted them by calling from a different number. The manager answered the phone and I told her about the pizza. She said that there is light sauce on the pizza and she knows that for a fact because she made it. But she said I guess I’ll just put a credit on your account for you. So I waited a day and thought that I’d have an open mind and try them again. So I called and got some teenage girl that had no idea what was going on, used the «F» word while talking to me, and was completely unprofessional. In the background I could hear the manager talking about me and I could hear the employees playing around. It was an overall bad experience both times and I will be going to dominos and papa johns from now on!

Pizza is good like the other pizza huts
But the service in this place is really bad
Order 2 hour late or never show up
Or they forget something.
Always something wrong
One star is too much
