Penn Station East Coast Subs

I had the best service for the first time going there… Btw the subs and fries are very delicious

This Penn Station is pretty nasty. They really need to clean the restaurant! If you eat in and look around you notice how dirty it is. Hope I don’t get sick. I won’t be returning.

I love Penn Stations sandwiches, probably my favorite sub shop but the people at this location are consistently unprofessional with zero attention to customer service. All the employees stand around joking and speaking loudly about fights, drama and other things that should clearly not be discussed in a place of business. A young girl mopping the floor left a full mop bucket out in the dead middle of the floor in the way of all the customers. I think there are too many unconcerned kids working here, all need a serious lesson in customer service and professionalism at work. The only employee I saw actually working and trying to make things move more smoothly was a young man named Daren. Nothing good to say about the others.

Yummy. Love he chicken Philly. Great place to get a good sandwich. Really love the chicken teriyaki.

Usually good food, but the new management just got rid of the discount for Uindy students. Worst decision they have made because me or my friends won’t be coming back.
