Lived in this neighborhood 28 years. Went there only once. Asked the friendly bartender if he was the one who was going to cook my wings as I heard others say the chef didn’t come in. His response. IF I HAVETO. I didn’t eat there. I’m sure he was joking. I hope he was joking. Either way. I didn’t eat and cannot comment on the food. There is always cars in the parking lot.

mostly a neighborhood bar visited by persons of all types. fun bartenders, but some newbies. sunday prices for 18 oz. miller lite(yeah, it’s a cool bottle) is $ 2.75. very hard to beat. food, or at least the chicken sandwich, though was horrible. dry & tough. pickles were good, but i am not giving them too much credit for those. most of the other patrons here have spent many hours in bars, so everyone is cool. a few nasty drunks now and then, but mostly cool. walk thru the front door right into the first half of a j-shaped bar. pool table to the left and at the end of the«j». décor standard for an older bar with bar paraphernalia on blue walls. mixed floor. black laminate bar top with classically shaped wooden rail. wood paneling bar face and brass foot rest. black standard bar stools with padded back. bar overhand with white christmas lights. bar back includes shelves & a large mirror. overall fun place, just don’t go in an act like a ass and you’ll have a good time for a good price.
