I know nothing about these places but my wife dragged me to this one. I was pleasantly surprised the place was very nice and the staff is accommodating. It was the cleanest smelling store of any kind I have ever been in, it smelled like clean clothes and fabric softener.

A very rude lady runs this store along with many of her family members. I have seen multiple customer/​cashier discrepancies on my visits there and the attitude of the staff suggests that they don’t care about having customers. I actually heard the owner tell another customer, «I’m sorry if you think I am rude, but I’ve been in this business for 15 years and I am not changing now.» uhhhhh…
The staff loudly chat about their personal lives with details that are TMI. The variety and cleanliness of their stock is sub-​par. They won’t take returns from the other Indy stores.
I will drive way out of my way to visit one of the northside stores before I go back to this one.

Rus runs an affordable, clean store. much better prices that some of the other o.u.a.c. ‘s come check out the new larger digs. same shopping center, now next to uncle bills.
