I’ve been coming here for years!
I never used to be a girly girl (and even now, I just play one on the outside), so this was the first place I’ve ever gotten my nails done.
I’ve tried to go other places in the past, but it seems that not only do they not get it right, my nails always ended up cracking/​breaking.
I just stick with what I know.
I don’t even live on this side of town anymore, but I make the commute every two weeks.
My Nail Tech’s name is Nam; he knows me by name (they all make the effort to learn names), and he always gets me right!
They provide a range of services (in addition to standard nail shop services like Manis and Pedis) including: lashes, eyebrow waxing and facial waxing.
Weekends get pretty busy (especially during holidays or big events in the city).
You can TRY to make a appt., but the best thing to do would be to call and ask what the wait time is instead.
I’ll be going here until I leave the state. Go with what you know!

I love them went today with my mom they got right to us! Chris is great with everything he does so is everyone else very personal with you as well !

Not happy with this place. The lady that did my fill in gel nails seemed not to know what she was doing she cut me a couple times and I was in there for 3 hours. Very dirty place and expensive. 90 dollars for pedicure gel and fill ins.

I absolutely love Erin at Nails Plus! She does my lashes & brows. EXCELLENT JOB! I recommend her to everyone.

Erin is awesome at lashes and eyebrows!!! Ask for her!!! They always look very natural and her price is very reasonable ! She will do what u ask! Very friendly and professional !!

I called to see if they could get my daughter in for a mani/​pedi. Told me yes. Show up and there are literally seven people waiting. We wait about 15 minutes and they tell her to sit at a pedi chair and don’t start the water or anything. We sit there for another 10 minutes while they are taking other people. Finally walked out. Poor quality salon and poor customer service. Should have told me they were too busy. Definitely not worth a trip.

I love this place I’ve been go for a few years now everyone is warm and friendly and they go beyond to make sure clients are satisfied with their service I drive past several other nail places because I refuse to let anyone else do my eyebrows and they’re affordable

Wow, I stopped in here expecting the usual hour, hour and a half routine, but was pleasantly surprised by a very quick service. Tinh was amazing, didn’t hurt me at all, and made my nail set in less than 30 minutes. I am super impressed and will return!
