Hugely disappointing. Last year, was part of group that booked 2 buses to go to Indy 500. Only one bus showed to pick us up from the race – they said the other broke down. So 2 buses of people crowded onto one bus. Booked them again this year for 2 buses. Sure enough, they only sent one bus to pick us up, and the A/C was broken. They just said the second bus wasn’t «ready.» That was 1.5 hours after the race ended. Sweaty, unhappy rides home both years… and was shorted one paid for bus!

I booked the 14 passenger bus ride in advance(for Sat., June 8th) and paid over the phone with my credit card. Prior to the day of the ride, I received emails and phone calls consistently answering questions or providing details until the day of the trip. The night of the trip, we boarded. The floor was dirty and the windows were filthy. Food and dirt was on the floor and I had to ask our driver, Ryan, to sweep before we departed to pick up more guests. After the first 10 minutes of driving on the interstate, we asked Ryan to turn up the A/C. At that time, Ryan informed us that all the bus was having electrical issues and neither the floor light nor the AIRCONDITIONER was working! Also, the windows didn’t open! Again, the trip was on JUNE8th… HOT! Our party had to keep stopping to get off the bus so that we could get air. Ryan suggested that I email the owner to ask for another bus or some other compensation, but no one has ever returned my emails. When Ryan called, someone at the company told him that the other bus was out on a ride until 3am. The following Monday, I called the company # and was told that the owner would get back with me. To date(4 days later), no one has called or responded to my emails. I strongly suggest that you think twice before using Mustache Rides.
