I only go here to get iced coffee. I work down the street from this McDs, along with probably 2000 other corporate people in the area. So it’s usually pretty packed.
I hate going through the drive thru. They don’t know how to multitask anymore apparently because usually only one side of the drive thru seems to progress through. So I went inside the most recent visit… still terrible. I stood there probably the same amount of time I could have sat in my car.

This has to be the worse fast food restaurant ever! They are always rude, never say thank you, they goof of a lot, and are loud. The service is very slow!

I went through the drive-​thru today and was told I could only get a bottle of water or tea that if I wanted anything else I needed to go inside to get the drink. Are you kidding me? But everyone else at my job has gone through and got their drinks through the drive-​thru.

Terrible service, the young woman at the drive through window pretty much throw my credit card back at me.
I worked for 4 years at close to minimum wage when I was in high school, yet I still managed to muster up a please and thank you for every customer. I do not understand how the manager allows his/​her employees to get away without using these common courtesies.

I find it super convenient that this location always seems to have something not working. whether it be their credit card machine, their Mcflurry machine or their EMPLOYEES. This all (coincidently) takes place between midnight to 4’oclock in the morning when– who ever the heck it is that is employed there (if anyone) doesnt want to get off their asses to do what their getting paid, probably over-​time, to do… Which is Work. I don’t understand how any of you even have a job… 3rd shift staff could learn a thing or two from 86th & Michigan. Get it the eff together.

McDonalds is your kind of place. They steal your license plates. They feed you rattlesnakes. I forget the rest, but not really. This is not a recommended McD. Slow, dirty, and what kind of crazy person reviews a McDonalds???

If there was a minus 1 I will give it to this location. This is the most lackadaisical McDonald’s on the planet! It took 4 minutes to get a cup oatmeal… at the counter!

I’ll keep this short. The tables were filthy and it was 2:00pm on a Saturday afternoon — not prime lunch hour. The service was lackluster. There were ants all over the floor by the front windows in the dining area. Ants! Ick! How long had those French fries been sitting on the floor to attract an army of insects? Not a good McD’s at all! Another table had an open bag of Cheetos — huh?! Avoid this location unless you want to try out the McAnts!

Never again. Not only will they not give you your money back, but they manage to burn the food at this location. Yuck. They still owe me for giving me sausage on my sandwiches instead of no meat. I could not eat them since I was fasting. A waste of seven bucks. Of course that same manager who I talked to has been fired long ago and they refuse to honor what he gave me. Shame. They also charge you a dollar for ice water too. Ridiculous. This is what they call hospitality?
