If I could give no stars I would. I have lived a few miles from this McDonald’s for 9 years and 80% of the time we have a horrible experience. Either the order is wrong, missing items, and/or it takes forever. Today was the last straw. We went through the drive through to get my wife and I some food on the drive to thanksgiving. The kids ate but we didn’t have time to eat ourselves. Long story short we had to pull up in the drive through and wait as usual. After 8 minutes I went in and the order had been removed from the screen. They packed what I told them and they still missed the fries. The couple behind us waiting also had to go in to get their food. Worst part was the shift manager didn’t say a word to me when she handed me the food. No «sorry for the wait», just nothing. If you have an opportunity to visit this location, skip it.

So, if you’re hungry and near the McDonald’s at 4941 Knights Way you better not come in 45 minutes before they close and say it’s for here! I got a tea and $ 1 burger at 10:14 and the gentleman at the counter rudely said ’ We close at 11pm. ’ I don’t think it’s going to take 45 minutes to eat this pitiful excuse for a burger off the dollar menu.

McDonald’s is usually pretty hit or miss when it comes to how fresh their breakfast sandwiches and hash browns are. That being said… This McDonald’s consistently has very tasty breakfast sandwiches and the most delicious, perfectly crispy hash browns I’ve ever had. The line moves very quickly too.

Always terrible service. They hand out old food and don’t apologize or try to fix it when you mention something. Always get our order wrong. Too bad it’s the only close McDonalds to our apartment.

So, I never EVER eat at McDonalds. But, today, I’ve eaten there twice and it’s only noon(we needed lots of grease today to soak-up the excessive amount of St. Paddy’s day beverages that we quaffed yesterday.) Anyway, I’ve only gone through the drive-up window, but each time the service was super duper fast, the orders weren’t screwed up, the food was hot and the servers were actually really pleasant. I don’t like McDonald’s burgers but I do love me a filet-o-fish sandwich with copious amounts of tartar sauce on it. So, just rating this McDonalds location, I give it 4 stars. EE-I-EE-I-O.
