Excellent food and friendly service. The tea is incredible and try the McAlister’s Club or Rueben or Memphian. Hearty soups and fresh salads especially the Savanah Chopped Salad with Sherry Shallott. Always clean… fast service even though it’s busy for lunch and dinner. Give it a try you will not be sorry. Oh and free refills! Highly recommend!

I love that the menu is so flexible. I am a vegetarian and can try so many different things on the menu. Most recently I tried their Autumn Soup which had a very fall taste and the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I paired it with a side salad with their sherry shallot vinaigrette and slivered almonds. You can not go write with their tea :)

McAlister’s has become my go to place for takeout. Customer service here is always phenomenal. It is refreshing that no matter what time of day or which day you come, you are always greeted with kindness and friendliness from their staff. With $ 1.99 kid’s meals they are also friendly on your wallet. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they offer vegetarian chili for their ultimate nachos, which are delicious!

Ive gone here many times and finally felt I needed to provide a review. For the sheer amount if people that come in starting at lunch time, the staff here has always been on point and turns out the food quickly. They even have a process in place to find you a table when they are near max compacity. Their sweet tea is the bomb along with their new pastas. Free refills! I average once a week due to my distance from here. Pick 2 and Tea runs $ 10 but you leave full with a large tea.

Slowly but surely I have made my way to becoming a regular here. McAlister Monday is a thing, or atleast I am on a track record of making it be. There food is nothing fancy, but it hits the spot every time! What I love most about McAlister’s is their pick 2 seletions; unlike Panera I don’t have get up charged when I stray away from a generic turkey sandwich and bowl of soup. Any soup, spud, salad, sandwich combination is the same price. Their California Turkey Reuben is dynamite as is their grilled chicken salad with honey mustard. A meal is not complete here without a big ol’ glass of their tea with lemon! Their service is ALWAYS excellent, better than any other casual dining restaurant I have been too. Empty plates are quickly whisked away and my dining companion’s constant request for additional tortilla chips with her meal is always fulfilled without question or additional cost.

I have always loved McAllister’s and this visit was no different. I don’t come here often so when I do, its nice to see new things and options on the menu. The service is always decent, the food is always delicious, and comes out relatively fast, and the tables and restaurant is always clean. They do have outdoor seating as well, and I enjoy that the décor is locally inspired. Just an all around great place for delicious sandwiches, salads, and potatoes. I’ll be back again and again.

Great food and patio dining today. The chicken and sausage gumbo was just right. Service was fine. I also enjoyed the Reuben sandwich. Great variety on the menu so I plan to return.

Very slow service we waited for 20 minutes before we got our food. Wasn’t busy in the restaurant and no one in there seemed to care. Won’t be going back.

There potatoes are gross and every thing is way below average. I would not choose to go there.

A varied menu and great atmosphere. The McAlister’s Club Sandwich is amazing. The Chicken Tortilla Soup disappointed. The price for our meal was very reasonable.

Is it bad that I usually go just for the tea? I love their Arnold Palmers.

Other than having to flag down a waiter to get refills on our iced tea, this was a good experience. Tried the vegetarian baked potato and I was not disappointed. Light and fluffy with just the right amount of veggies on it. I am not a big fan of the salsa that came on the side as it was a bit too thick and chunky for my taste.

I’ve been to this location 2 times in the past two days. I’m in night classes at a near by university and this is a fantastic place to stop in, get a bite to eat and study before class. The manager stopped by my table, refilled my drink, and chatted with me about my studies, but didn’t overstay his welcome. The food is always fabulous, the staff friendly, and THETEA is to die for. I probably had about a gallon of unsweet tea before I left. The menu can be a little overwhelming, but I never feel rushed to order and when I needed a suggestion, the cashier was very knowledgeable and helpful! Overall, I’ve never had a poor experience at any McAlister’s. But I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this location and would suggest it to anyone!

Navigating this place was kind a pain. Read this HUGE board from one spot where you peripheral gets a bit wonky. Then you’re asked to step to one side. Then you’re asked to come to X register. Excuse me! Order placed, we sat down and waited for our food with our huge iced teas. I do really enjoy the unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I had the orange cranberry club(something like this) with a side, and it was over $ 10. It hought this was way over priced. The tables were a bit close together. I couldn’t really scoot back, and I was pretty close to the table. As my friend and I carried on conversation, I couldn’t help but notice this woman just starting at people around me. It was odd. The foulthside. Besides the high prices and the inconvenient ordering process, the employees were polite, especially the manager who maybe smiled a bit too much, and the food was good.

TEATEATEATEATEATEA Perfect for a light meal and a bit of free wi-fi w/no time limit. Similar to Panera in concept(minus the bakery), but the portions are certainly bigger, and I feel that the prices are comparable to lower. They do the ever popular chain restaurant«You Pick Two» and the size of what you get is quite nice for the $ 6ish dollar price range. There’s also no price increase for picking a «special» sandwich or salad with the deal, resulting in quite a bit to mix and match. I also like the emphasis on tea vs soda. Even though I’m sure soda’s readily available, people love the tea and it’s easy to see why… giant cups and fresh brewed! They bring your food to the table(and bus) and there are many healthy options w/veggie choices clearly marked. Veggies were fresh and the non-fat Chipotle salad dressing is deliish.

While I’m a fan, I’m not overly impressed. Plenty of space both inside and out and quicker than normal service are a definite plus to dining here. What concerns me is their menu. I find it a little confusing and one hardly has enough time to take it all in before the are sheparded to the front of the line. Maybe it’s just me… Food is adequately proportioned. Sandwiches are freshly made and tasty. Salads, good as well. Kids love their mac and cheese. Not a huge fan of their Iced Tea. which apparently is a huge draw. I prefer the«sugar coma» tea from McD’s. Prices are reasonable.

«Made-to-Order Sandwiches, Crisp Salads, and Hand-Crafted Spuds.» McAlister’s encourages ‘choosiness.’ «Whatever you like, however you like it. Just ask. Always fresh and always your choice.» These are just a couple motto’s you will find at McAlisters. This new store has an expanded dinner menu, that since my last visit over a year ago to their Carmel locale, did not have. Featuring Meatloaf, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Pot Roast Spud, and Salmon. The sandwiches are always delicious and fresh. My stand by is the Memphian with roast beef, ham, turkey, tomato, lettuce, lite mayo and spicy mustard on whole wheat. This includes a side choice of chips, potato salad, fruit cup, cole slaw, and Mac & Cheese, Mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies. They also serve an extensive selection of soups, various styles of baked spuds, and multiple salads choices. The cashiers are always friendly and the location, including the bathroom was very clean.
