Good customer service and great deals on mattresses!!! I will continue to go back and I have told my relatives too!!!

We came in with an idea of what we wanted, and now have a spectacularly comfy bed. Cathy helped us every step of the way without pressuring us. She listened to our likes and dislikes, and directed us to a mattress that is just perfect for us size and firmness wise. We had our active 1 ½ yr old son with us, and at no point did we feel awkward for having him with us. She truly made us feel at ease. She was even supportive when we told her we were not buying that day. It did not discourage her from giving us personalized customer service. We came back to buy the mattress and base, but not before made sure she was working so she could get the sale. We highly recommend this mattress firm store, and most definitely Cathy!

It has been approximately six months since the purchase of my mattress at Mattress Firm and the disappointment has slowly begun to creep in. While I would still stand by my having been treated well during the sales process, I can no longer keep Mattress Firm at a 5-​star rating primarily because the product itself has proven to be disappointing. A six month old mattress should not sag. It simply shouldn’t, but this Hampton & Rhodes mattress has SERIOUS sag to it.
The mattress itself has a few stains to it, welcome to life with a paraplegic, but it has been disappointing just how easily it stained and just how impossible it is to treat them (and yes, I should have invested in the over-​priced mattress protector — what can I say? I was already spending more than planned).
Overall, I still will give kudos to the staff but I simply have to say that if you spend a few hundred bucks on a mattress you expect it to stay «firm» for more than six months. The company’s name is «Mattress Firm,» after all.
