So I’m out and end up grabbing some clothes at Marshalls on East Washington. For whatever reason they ended up with only 1 cashier but only about 5 people waiting in line. The manager (Ms. Lisa) comes up takes charge and gets the line moving. And as a token of her appreciation to the customers for not leaving or complaining she gave everyone a FREE drink out the cooler in front. I was the next one up when they went down to 1 cashier and I was in line for maybe 2 minutes. Ms. Lisa has earned my respect and me as a customer

Love coming here! Store is super organized/​clean and you can find a lot of cool items! I typically find a lot of good deals on women’s and men’s clothing, and home goods. Kids clothes are adorable but I don’t feel like the deals are as great. I do most of my Christmas shopping here! Employees are typically very nice. My only complaint is after christmas their stock seems to go way down and it’s harder to find a bargain.

You have to go to a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx about once a month, with LOW expectations. When you do, it’s often a treasure chest of great, random values. The lines can be long, but their system keeps it moving.
