Lillie’s Stitch’n Time

I went to Lillie’s Stitch’n Time to have a bridesmaid dress altered. This business is in a cozy office building and is rather hidden. This is also NOT a fancy dress shop. It’s essentially a one-​room place… no frills here! The «try-​on» area is just the back work room which is cluttered with soda cans and fabric scraps and has a TV in the corner playing soap operas. So why would I recommend this place to my friends? They did the job I needed quickly and inexpensively. It only cost me about $ 30 to have the length of my long, sequined dress taken up and it was back to me in less than a week. Nothing fancy to boast about this place but just an efficient and inexpensive job well done. And with sewing & alteration work, isn’t that all you’re really looking for anyway?
