Read 2 previous reviews… managers at this location seem to be a problem. The newest one isnt any better. We are new pool owners, so need advice on getting things done. I told the manager twice that I had an automatic pool cover yet he recommended me draining the water way below the skimmer for it to be closed for the season. My pool cover motor broke because of the low level of water, causing a break in the shear pin = $ 100 repair. Closing guy comes out and asks me why the pool water level is so low & I said«because your manager told me to drop it that low». He told me to raise it way back up to the base of the skimmer(can’t wait to see that water bill). Plus, adding so much water means we now have to go buy more chemicals. Base of the skimmer was not high enough, and now I’m having to add more water because my pool cover motor pin broke again. Nothing wrong with my pool cover motor other than with the water level thanks to these guys. Pretty sure we wont be using them in the spring to open our pool.

I had to make a trip to this Leslie’s which I did not want to do because of my previous experiences here. But to my surprise there is a new manager, her name is Jillian, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Where do I begin… our experience with this company and specifically this location and manager was one of the worst I have ever experienced. So much so, that it promted me to create a Unilocal account. I am a property manager of a brand new apartment community down the street from them. They were selected as the bid to move foward on our $ 10,000 custom made pool cover. Kinsey failed to mention that we owed a percentage up front so I had to go pick up the contract that was already delivered and edit that. She then stated that her Regional would be in the following day to sign and as I had rushed to get my corporate office to cut a $ 2,500 check I was frustrated that I had to wait on that, but understood. Kinsey stated she would drop off the contract in our drop box that evening. When I arrived the next morning to see no contract was dropped off, I did what anyone would do and called since I was not updated. When I pleasantly stated who I was when she answered she responded and said, «ok.» Not hello how are you today… ok. How unprofessional. If someone on my team spoke to a customer that way I would be mortified. She then told me that the contract actually had to be faxed to their corporate office to be signed. 2 weeks later and no signed contract… but they state it is a first priority. Did I mention that the pool cover takes up to 3 weeks to be delivered? So at this point I still have the check I rushed and no ordered pool cover yet. Our pool was winterized weeks ago. I return this morning to find the contract returned and not to my surprise their corporate office felt it necessary to mark out multiple areas in the contract and inital beside it. What company would accept a marked up contract?! NOBODY. My Maintenance Supervisor spoke to the Regional a few weeks ago and we got a whopping 10% off the total cost, but unless it’s free I will not be doing 2 things. 1. Ordering our pool cover from them &2. Never buying any supplies from that location or any Leslie Pools ever again. If there were 0 stars I would rate them at that.
