Leaders Moving & Storage

My experience with this company was terrible. Found the company through Angie’s List & thought I had found a decent moving company. Making an appointment went smoothly w/​quick follow-​ups. Moving Day, however, was a nightmare:
–Movers brought no tools to take apart beds, actually had to BORROW tools from another moving company that was moving someone else in my complex.
–Used no protective wraps, blankets, etc to cover floors (from their uncovered, snow/​muddy shoes), walls, furniture, etc.
–Got stuck on my street & blocked it 30 minutes, which was snow covered, but still able to navigate, the other delivery trucks had no issues.
–My 1950’s original, wood floors weren’t covered and damaged by metal bed frames being flung around.
–Contacted the salesperson who I originally spoke with, about all of these issues. He states I could pay the $ 100 deductible to have the floors fixed, when I inquired further, stating I wasn’t looking for them to repair my floors (I would rather do it myself) but only wanted to let them know, he never responded in return.
Clearly, I would NOT recommend this company for your moving needs.
