Went to purchase a new bed. Received incredible service! Our sales person, Mo, was incredible! The best buying experience I’ve had. If you are buying a bed ask for Mo. You will not regret it!

Very nice store with a calm atmosphere. We were not approached by a sales person until about 20 minutes into the visit. For us, we were fine with that. I would prefer not to be bombarded by sales people the moment I enter a store. The woman we spoke with was very friendly and we enjoyed having her show us around. Initially, we were interested in some ‘bargain’ type furniture. Then, we decided to check out the«finer things» section of the store and fell in love with a Smith Brothers sectional(made in Berne!). We decided to go ahead with the purchase and do the financing option … right before fully committing to the purchase(after we went to eat lunch to think about it, drove home to measure out the space, then drive back. roughly 3 hours of time) … we were told that we needed a 30% down payment. We had gone from expecting to pay about $ 2500 for a sectional to well over $ 6500. At this point, we just had to leave. Forgetting to mention the 30% down payment is a big problem, especially when we are planning a trip to Europe! We decided to continue to think about things and the following day, tried to call our salesperson to speak with her again… and possibly make the purchase. She never called back so … we never bought the sectional. Not sure if we’ll go back to Kittles when we are ready to make a purchase. Other stores in the area sell Smith Brothers and offer free shipping … Kittles charges $ 200.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Kittle’s. My boyfriend and I recently purchased our new king Serta iSeries mattress here and had a great experience from beginning to end. The first time we visited Kittle’s, it was just to try out some mattresses and see what we liked. We worked with Brian H. and he was very informative and didn’t push us. He understood that we wanted to wait until after the holidays to make our purchase. We left & looked at a few other places — but turned out Kittle’s had the best price AND the best sales associate. We returned to Kittle’s before the New Year and asked for Brian. We tested the mattresses again and confirmed our choice. Brian really took the time to explain everything to us — the at-home sleep test, returns/exchanges, etc. He waited until we had made the final purchase at the check-out counter before leaving us. And also hooked us up with $ 300 in free accessories to go with our new mattress. Our mattresses was delivered a few days later. The delivery guys were very nice and were in and out. The only thing I can say here is that they did not ask or offer to haul away an old mattress when we had mentioned in the check-out that we did want this service. We since had decided that we were going to keep the old mattress — but still would have been nice if the delivery guys would have asked. Overall, we are really happy with our experience and would recommend Kittle’s and Brian H. to anyone looking for a new mattress!

I choose two instead of one star because of the quality and options of furniture. However I was in the showroom for at least thirty minutes and not one sales associate offerered services. When I called the general manager and mentioned my unfortunate experience, she stated how«shocked» she was and offered free delivery. Thanks, but no thanks.

Kittles is fine. My issue is with the Guardsman Furniture Warranty that they offer. DONOTBUYIT!!! It is a waste of money. Guardsman has you fill out an outdated form online only to then require you to mail it in afterwards. The process just gets more and more ridiculous from there. I have always purchased the furniture warranty and never had a need to use it. Now that we get a piece of Paula Deen furniture that is less than desirable quality — we have had to use the warranty and what a pain it is. I feel as though they make the process difficult so you will just say the heck with it and they can pocket the money that they received. I cannot stress enough — do not buy the Guardsman repair!!!

I was not too impressed by the sales associate I worked with — she barely answered my questions let alone tried to sell me the sectional I was interested in. I had to use my phone’s calculator to add up all of the costs associated with the purchase which I thought was kind of silly considering she had an iPad and an order-form looking thing right in front of her she could have put everything on to show me. She kept saying that she could«go as low as XXX on the price» when that was the price on the tag so I didn’t quite get her tactic on that one. The selection I thought was much better than other places I had been to and there were many more options for fabrics and styles than I had seen at other stores. While Kittles was probably the best furniture store I have visited in terms of selection, dealing with a sales associate who seemed uninterested was a big turn off.

A+ experience from beginning to end. The floor service was patient and so not overbearing. We were able to take multiple color samples home, which helped so much. They had an amazing selection — and plenty in our price range. The delivery experience was perfect — seriously, two of the nicest guys ever delivered our couch. We will definitely be going back!

Horrible service! We had to approach an associate with questions and he gave answers but wouldn’t move to show us the products. We went back to relook at the items we liked and had to ask a different associate about fabrics. She had other clients and was at least able to answer our questions. We will not buy from someone who sits on his butt for his commission.

This is a huge store with a really excellent selection. The mattress sales staff were very friendly, knowledgable and not at all pushy, and the mattresses were priced equivalent to similar mattresses at other stores. The sales staff in the furniture part of the store are a little less enthusiastic — I visited twice with a salesperson never approaching me. Still, a nice store with an impressive inventory.

Mom and I went in here to kill time. We weren’t looking for anything specific. They are remodeling the store so the inventory is low and there is dust everywhere. The visual designers do some cool things in the store so major points for them. We had good timing on our visit because we stumbled upon their ½ off sale… score! I ended up finding some cool wall décor. The sales transaction was very clumsy… I picked out the items, took them to a register up front, and then they sent me to the back of the store to pay for them, and then I went back to the front of the store and got in the car to drive around the back of the store to the customer-pick up area. They really make you work for a purchase!

Yep, after making the rounds of the discount stores, we finally found our dream master bedroom set here. Though we spent more than we had planned, we got exactly what we wanted. We had tentatively decided on a set from the now-defunct SofaExpress. Lucky for us, while the former was calling around to check on availability of one piece from the set, we wandered down the street to Kittle’s We had wonderful service from start to finish, including the delivery and set-up. A bonus was finding a couple of cool accessory items on sale near the check-out area. This store is vast and it is really fun to walk through and take in all the room set-ups…even if all you came for is a lamp!
