How can a Jimmy John’s who is 6 minutes away, who has been delivering to me for 5 year and who delivered to my house YESTERDAY tell use today when we call that they cannot deliver to us? They are the closest store and could not tell use another Jimmy John’s to call. Called two more and they wouldn’t either. Now that’s the perfect business model for a customer service based business!!!
