Never got the food. Ordered and waited over an hour. I called and they said driver would be there. Twenty minutes later they called and said driver would be here soon. Forty minutes later I called and spoke with manager who was no help and did not have very good customer service skills. He said it was out of his hands because the police stopped the delivery driver and said he could cancel the order. This Jimmy Johns is awful.

Freaky fast they are not. I’ve ordered from this Jimmy John’s numerous times and a few of the times I’ve had to wait almost an hour. Don’t promise speed if it’s going to take an hour to make a sub-​par sandwich. I guess part of it is my fault for continuing to order from this place and expecting different results.

Fast service, very friendly staff, bread always at least a little stale if not more. Never been to a jimmy johns where their bread isn’t fresh and chewy except this one. Just ask for the freshest bread when you do go here and hope for the best.

Wonderful delivery; fast, friendly service (just as advertised). The delicious sandwich stayed together as I ate each delectable bite. The prices remain consistent and competitive with the sandwich market, yet, better because of the friendly delivery that comes along.
