Jiffy Lube

Doug and his dynamic team just earned a new regular customer. I had a 5 star experience. My services were completed in, well, a jiffy. Seriously, I was there less than 20 minutes for an oil change. Of course they tried to up-​sale and had a list of additional recommended services. I appreciate the list because some recommendations were legitimate. There was also coupons on-​line for discounts on oil changes. I appreciate the complementary services including window washing and vacuuming interior of car. Great service and experience! I will definitely be back.

I have gone to this location off and on for our cars. Yesterday morning, I noticed our aged Chevy Trailblazer was making a whining noise and was hard to steer. I thought maybe the power steering fluid might be low. I stopped by here since it was on my way to work. They took me right in when I explained what I was hearing/​experiencing. The very nice man checked the fluid level for me and indeed it was low. He added 2 bottles of power steering fluid for me. When he was done and we chatted for a few minutes and gave me some recommendations, I asked how much I owed him. He said, «nothing. Have a good day.» I was flabbergasted. I was more than prepared to pay for the service he provided. I was so appreciative of the customer service at this location. I will be back!
