Indy Actors Academy

IAA gave me an escape from moving to where I thought was the end of my acting life and potential career. I found the teachers, especially Jim Dougherty, to be very knowledgable in the whole process from the start of words to a finished product. Every word he tells us is 100% industry standard information that goes on every day and I find that info is repeated later on by say Amy Jo Berman in a webinar or a blurb. So this tells me it’s all going on and none of it is fluff. I get challenged to look between the lines differently and it’s definitely changed my perspective on a lot of things even in day to day life. I came from the NYC area 2 years ago and I couldn’t find this sort of class for this rate anywhere. Moving to what I thought was the end of acting turned out to be the best thing I could do!
