Indever Studios Video and Photo

I wish there as a «No Stars» option. This review is for nothing other than warning other people about Indever Studios/​Mike Colver.
Unfortunately for my husband and I, choosing Indever Studios was one of the worst decisions Ive ever made. We decided to use Indever Studios/​Mike Colver to capture our wedding/​reception on video last November and to say they under-​delivered and disappointed would be an understatement.
7 months later Im still waiting for my wedding video, with little to no replies from the company — no updates unless I reach out to him. To say Im mad is an understatement but what I really am is sad and disappointed that we cant see all of the friends, family, traditions, speeches, dancing, laughs and moments at our wedding that we may have missed or that flew by during the wedding. We chose to have a videographer because we anticipated seeing everything we may have missed on our special day, once we had our video. Not to mention, we wanted to have the video to look back on and watch with our kids some day.
In the past 7 months Ive had to contact Mike to get an update on my video and his only response is that he had some trouble with the files /​backup files and is working with a company to pull the corrupted files. Ive heard the same thing for 7 months. He has offered to give me my deposit back — but other than that nothing. If I didnt reach out to him — I would still be waiting for him to reach out to me. The last time I emailed him was ⁵⁄₁₈ and he has still to reply to that email with an update.
This company is far from professional and I would never trust them or hire them for anything ever again. I posted on Indever Studio’s facebook account as well as Mike Colvers account to try and get a response, unfortunately I got the same response as always, along with a joke in reference to rectifying the situation by saying that he tried a time machine but it didnt work. Which shows the lack of maturity and care for his customers in a quite blunt way. I understand it doesnt mean much to anyone but my husband and I, that footage of our wedding vows, ceremony and reception is most likely lost but I would expect a company whose job it is to record these moments and deliver them back to their customer would care far more than Indever Studio and Mike Colver do. My honest opinion is that Indever Studios and Mike Colver want to be a professional company but lack almost all of the traits needed to be one.
I dont want this to happen to you on your wedding day — do not use Indever Studios/​Mike Colver.

Talk about a party. It’s a toss up as to whether these fellas should be categorized as entertainment or videographers and photographers. I only use the word «entertainment» because they are so fun to work with and take the party up a notch when they walk in to the room. How can you not smile when looking at the camera with Mike Colver and his crew?
The flexibility and diversity of their product type is immense– one day they’re recording at a Halloween boozy bash and the next their in an operating room at a hospital. It’s always a pleasure to work with Indever Studios.

Great work guys! Hands down best photo and video in town. Very professional, and great looking photo’s at an amazing price. If your looking for the best choose these guys they know what it takes to make a customer feel appreciated!
