If you are looking for a decent apartment at a decent price, please check these out. However, the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. Crime in the complex is of the petty variety, but if you are smart and safe you should be okay.
I am in my second lease right now. I would recommended, but will not be signing a new lease.
Note: if you live near the pool plan on kids every day, all day during the summer.
