Very unprofessional. I called multiple times to schedule a facial and never got any return back. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staffs were friendly and it was a cozy environment. I was greeted well as I entered and was offered a menu with list of tea flavors to pick from while I wait. I felt this gave a very nice pampered feel. However, I had to give them 3 stars for the service of facial I received. I mentioned that my concern was dry skin. During the facial, I realized the aesthetician cleansed, scrubbed, massaged and was applying mask when I had to ask if she was going to clear my blackheads for me. I was then told that it will be extra cost and asked if I still wanted to do. This was the throw off point where I believe blackhead removal should be part of a basic facial and I shouldn’t be paying extra for it.

I came in for a last minute appointment this Saturday afternoon. They were extremely accommodating, and you can’t help but love the vibe of this place!
Sarah, my stylist, was amazing and took great care to make my hair look exactly like a picture I brought in.
Also, as an added bonus, I received 40% off products like: men’s Aveda brand shampoo, conditioner, pomade and clay. Nice surprise!
I think I found my new stylist, and we’re definitely going back for a couples massage.
