The new staff and changes to the store are great. A lot of locally made products from Indiana and nearby. Friendly & helpful, fair prices, good selection.

I have purchased many items and gifts with wonderful service from this location over the years. Currently, I just recieved a gift from this shop, and was not happy with the unused product. Since no where on the website, nor receipt from the gifter, states they do not take refunds I was excited to be able to return the product so I could exchange it for another product of theirs. I was denied and told I would have to keep my gift, and have to fork out more instead of the exchange. I understand your a business and are in it to make profit. The item I was looking for is in your store and retails higher than the previous gift. I’m sad I won’t be coming back to HOTH, because the gifter was never explained this policy. Merry Christmas.

I like this store. They have a good selection, friendly people, and the prices are reasonable. If they weren’t literally across town from me, I’d probably be there a lot more. It’s excellent for people with questions, and never condescending.

Excellent people. Active in promotimg it’s customers interests in freedom to enjoy life. Good selection of glass and accessories. The prices are pretty competitive. Nice staff. They answer questions that don’t put them at risk, but are picky about language inappropriate with legal obligations.
