For $ 25/hr I will take it! I went on a Friday with my cousin and they weren’t busy which was nice. The staff is friendly and the place was kept very clean. Since it’s semi dark I couldn’t really notice if it was dirty. The chair/table was comfortable and the services overall were great. It was relaxing and well worth the money. Cons: broken English staff so it was difficult to communicate pressure wise. My cousin kept on saying that she was cold and wanted a towel to cover up and it took 3 times for him to actually get it. Someone was smoking outside and you can smell it inside the building so that wasn’t pleasant either. Overall my complaints don’t outweigh the experience. I plan on coming back weekly.

By far the WORST foot spa I have been to. The young guys pressure was like a child. I had to keep telling a more pressure more pressure. Which made me didn’t even enjoy the experience. He left several times to check his phone. And not sure if he was falling asleep because he had my eyes covered with an eye mask, but he would suddenly stop every so often. there was another man a few beds away getting a massage and I don’t know what kind of a place this is. But it seemed that he didn’t have anything on but was covered with a blanket. Never never ever again

Just can’t say enough about what an awesome experience I had at Happy Hour Foot Spa. Finding myself after a stressful time at loose ends near St Vincent’s and they had an opening. Excellent atmosphere, so relaxing. Staff and owners responsive, pleasant and professional. The care and attention to details made this one of the best reflexology experiences I’ve had. I get massage regularly and am adding this Spa into my list of GoTo places! Thank you and see you soon

My absolute favorite place for foot massages! Everything is so clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is great and the quality of the massages is good. The second time there, I had Tim. I had a big bruise on my face/neck(long story, I’m a klutz) and he was so good about working around it while still providing a good massage of my neck and sinuses. He did such a great job that I asked for him on my return visit. What I really appreciate about everyone who works here is that they speak in hushed tones and don’t chatter then entire time. There are other places in town that offer similar service quality, but they yell across the room to one another or gossip with the other employees(loudly) the entire time you are there. This place really focuses on tranquility. I can’t wait to go back!

I was skeptical of this place at first but was desperate for a foot massage after switching to a minimalist running shoe. I’ll keep this short and to the point. The massage was awesome!!! I like firm pressure and am less into the relaxing type of massage and this was probably one of the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend it!

A bargain for $ 25/hr. Not only you get a relaxing foot massage, they also give you a little bit shoulder, neck and back massage. Way more than what we were expecting.

After last night’s debacle at a similar establishment down the street, I did a little research. Looked at various establishment’s websites, pictures, etc. And I noticed that Happy Hour had relaxing, warm looking décor, with cloth rather than cold vinyl chairs, décor on the walls and curtains acting as sheer partitions, etc. The massage quality turned out to be fantastic, as well. 100 times better than the other place that, it would seem from the reviews, gets all the hype and volume. The room here wasn’t chilly. Conversation was optional, not something you were forced to listen to. Extra little touches like a folded towel over your eyes. Water in the soaking tub was actually warm… It seems most people only discover Happy Hour by accident, as it doesn’t seem to get all the press of some of the other places, else I would have found it right away on a map or keyword search(suggestion to the owners — if you add a literal URL, like«happyhourfootspa.com» or at least something with the word«foot» in it, rather than just«indianapolisreflexologymassage.com», you’ll likely come up higher in the Google rankings — note other establishments with fewer reviews than yours on the first and second page all have«foot» in their URLs… you could even use the additional URL as simply a redirect to the original site, just a thought). It’s truly unfortunate that so few people know this place is here, since, unlike at least one of their competitors, they get everything about the experience right.

To steal a phrase from Rachel Zoe,(insert eye-roll) this place is *amazeballs*!!! A girlfriend of the Asian persuasion mentioned that I could find a cheap«foot spa» where I can get a full massage«for like, $ 30». So enter Internet gods and low and behold, right here in Indianapolis, mine eyes stumbled across this delightful little business close to my home away from home(Trader Joes). I called and was able to make an appointment the same night. I walked into a dimly lit room, where soft, yet calming music was playing(think wordless soundtrack to some period Chinese film). There were ~4 «beds», each separated by a gauzy curtain for a bit of privacy. Tim was my masseur, he brought out a wooden bucket of warm water which I soaked my tired feet in, while he proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage on my shoulders, neck, scalp, upper back, arms, forearms and hands. After ~20 minutes, he spent time on my feet, calves then thighs. After what seemed like an hour, he told me to turn over and finished my lower back, buttocks. At first I was a bit uneasy about having a man, but definitely feel I got more for my money because his pressure was that of a deep tissue, even though if you only get the $ 25 foot massage, the rest of the body is supposed to be «superficial” — definitely not the case. Why only 4 stars if it was clearly amazing? Two words, HOTROCKS! I kept waiting to feel the heat from the hot stones/rocks that are sometimes used at spas or nail salons, the concentrated heat would have taken the experience to the next level. Another downside was that Tim had to step away 2 – 3 times when patrons came in, to schedule appointments or get them ready for their massage. The good news was he extended my session for 15 minutes to make up for it– no complaints here. I am so happy I found this place, the value is astounding, I will absolutely be back!!!

I had the opportunity to visit this location about a month ago. Overall my experience was okay, the lady doing the massage I believe was the manager and kept leaving to answer the phone and address other issues which kinda took away from the experience. I was also kinda sore due to her excessive pressure on my back and neck area. Overall it was okay, but with a number of other options out there for this type of massage I will probably look elsewhere.

So I’ve been awaiting a few more visits until I wrote this review and now I’m to around five visits. This place is excellent and the price is just fantastic for Indianapolis massage locations. I’ve only had one foot massage that was truly bad(thinking: I’m glad this only costs $ 25.00 and when is this going to be over(that is a thought that should never pop into your head while having a massage!)). Of particular note is Mey who seems to be the best massage therapist I’ve had there — and I’ve now had five different massage therapists. Its located in a strip mall along 86th Street and it takes awhile to spot it when you pull around and drive through the parking lot. Nice setting inside — constant music playing along with very low light. $ 25.00 for one hour massage(I add a $ 10.00 tip) which is a great deal. You stay fully clothed during the massage that includes a long foot soaking in hot hot water along with a head/scalp massage and then full body massage(including turning onto your stomach). Highly recommended.

This place is great! Its a mixture of pressure and massage that isn’t just limited to your feet. Jen N gave an extremely detailed overview of what to expect. =At a price of $ 25 for an hour, it is a steal and an easy way to pamper oneself frequently without breaking the bank. They take appointments which I think is great. Waiting around is a big pet peeve of mine. One other thing, — hey also have a punch card and if you visit 7 times, the eighth is free. Can you say awesome?

Then came the foot and leg massage followed by a warm wrap and nope. NOTDONEYET! Flipped me over for a full back massage! $$ 25 $$ !!! Best money ever spent! I tipped $ 7.well worth it! Will go back and recommend to all my ZUMBAFRIENDS!

Chinese foot spas are beginning to appear around the Indianapolis area. This is a newer one located by the Kroger on the NW side of town. These types of places offer a great deal. You get a one hour full-body massage along with a foot bath typically for $ 25-$ 30. Happy Hour is a really nice location. You go inside and check in at the desk. Then they lead you back to some really comfortable sofa-like beds. There are curtains between each bed for privacy.(You remain fully clothed the whole time, apart from rolling up your pants legs.) If you are wearing jewelry you should take it off. The lights are dim and soft music plays. It is very relaxing. It starts with a foot soak. They bring out a wooden bucket filled with hot water for you. The buckets have disposable plastic liners for sanitary protection. As you are soaking your feet and lying back on the bed, they cover you with a blanket and start with the head and scalp massage. After that they remove the bucket and begin massaging your feet. One thing to be aware of is that this type of Chinese massage is based on pressure points, and so it can be intense at times. However, they will ask if the pressure is ok, and if you want it to be gentler they will accomodate. Personally, I belong to the from-pain-comes-pleasure school of thought when it comes to massage, so I prefer the full pressure. Once they finish with your feet they move on to the rest of your body, so you end up getting a full massage. They honor the full hour promised. I’m not a massage expert, but it seemed like they did a little bit of Thai style stretches, too. When I was there they had both male and female staff, in case you have a preference. They aren’t quite fluent in English for the most part, but they certainly speak enough English for the purpose. It is customary to tip about $ 5. Business seems to be pretty slow at the moment, so I wanted to share this review and perhaps introduce some new folks to this concept.(And assure folks that these foot spa places are not like the infamous Chinese massage parlors that were raided a few years ago.) It is completely clean, safe, professional, enjoyable, and very affordable as an occasional treat!
