Nate is a grate handy man !
I use him for my business, and home repairs, I own an auto repair shop and we have 60 years old building needless to say it needs a lot of repairs, and improvements. Nate come out and helped us with installing a new LED lights for the shop, install light for our sign, Strip under painted the front door, he does a great job I would’ve committed to anybody, very honest and reasonable prices!

Nate is awesome! After reading all the good reviews on Unilocal we decided to call Nate as we had many tasks needing to be done. Nate came out just a few days after we called which is rare for any contractor. He replaced 4 light fixtures for us, installed an over the range microwave, hung a heavy mirror, snaked two very clogged bathroom drains, spackled/​repaired holes in a wall and tore out and hauled away our old kitchen sink and counter tops as we were having granite installed — all for less $$ than what Lowe’s was going to charge just to tear out the counter tops. He came back the day after the granite was installed to reconnect all the plumbing. Nate is very meticulous, courteous and does great work. We already have a new ‘to do’ list started for him!

Nate is amazing. He really is a jack of all trades. Among other things, he replaced a light fixture for us (a chandelier hanging over stairs!), he fixed a broken element in our electric glass top stove. And he didn’t charge us to examine our dryer exhaust after he determined that it didn’t actually need repair– now that is honorable. And he came at a moment’s notice and picked our lock when my partner locked herself out of the house with the kids while I was teaching. We are already starting a new list of To-​Dos for the next time we need him :)

I feel that I have to say something to u all.
Nate is very quick, efficient and considerate with his repairs. He has helped me with so many projects, ranging from electrical, heating and air, plumbing and he’s even built a beautiful wooden bookshelf he stained and designed himself. He is extremely talented with clever solutions. More importantly, I can trust him and feel comfortable with him in my home.
