Great Clips

We love Brandy! We make the drive from the west side of Indy to Greenwood just so Brandy can’t cut my fiancé hair. All he says is she just cuts it right. We have been to a couple of Great Clips on the west side and Avon and he is never happy. We have lived on the west side for two years now. We will make the drive to see Brandy from now on.

Took my two boys in to get their haircut. First boys hair came out ok, just ok. Second boy, his hair was uneven. The girl that cut his hair had to ask another lady that work there to help with his fade. When I pointed out his hair was uneven in certain spot, she said it was his just pretty much how his head is shape. Really? I pretty much had to point out the unevenness in several area. You could tell she didn’t really want to bother to take the time or to fix it so I just said its fine so we can just get out. I understand it’s getting busy and your on a time schedule, but we’re paying customers. I paid the 22 plus 10 for tips which equals out to 32 because that’s how I always tip but I did tell her I was not satisfied and his hair is not looking good. She said I had a week or so of I’m not satisfied. No thanks if you can’t do an even blended fade, what’s the point of coming back. I cut hair too but was just too lazy to do it that day so figured I’ll take them out to get it done. Now I’m out 32.00 and I have to rush home to fix up all the unevenness and fix his fade. Horrible. Never coming back. They knew I was unhappy but hey, at least they got paid. Who cares what the client wants, right?

I walked in on a Friday at 5, sat down and was out 10 minutes later with a good $ 10 dollar haircut. Not too shabby.
