Long story, but I ordered a kitchen table and chairs. The table I got wasn’t the one I thought I was going to get and the chairs had wear to them like they were floor models(I get it mistakes happen.) Of course, I was unhappy and went back and forth a couple times on what would be refunded and what wouldn’t(note…even though I was annoyed everyone I spoke with was very nice.) The day that the table and chairs were being picked up for return, the salesperson Michael called to say the owner said he would issue a full refund(including delivery.) While the table wasn’t what I wanted and then I found out I couldn’t what I wanted, the fact that they were pleasant to work with and made the situation right speaks volumes. Customer service is lacking so much these days, and I was pleasantly surprised that wasn’t the case at furniture for less. Would definitely shop again!

I hate to rate a business this way especially when the staff is pretty nice .I bought furniture back in April. Was told it could take about 2 – 3 weeks for my tables but that my. couch and.chair would be delivered as planned. Comes down to the delivery date the warehouse assumed because the tables weren’ that I was going to wait for my chair and. couch .long story short I was credited 100 in-store credit since the delivery was late of my couch and. chair .i was then later informed that my tables would now rake.6−8.weeks and.i.had an option of. finding something else .i.would’ve much rather had my money back but supposedly since I. financed that wasn’t even an option… fast forward more than 8 weeks and I still don’t have my tables-_-…

I will never do business with this company ever again. I also make sure to tell people not to shop here also. Once they got my money, their customer service was horrible. They didn’t deliver on time, they didn’t put the furniture together(even though we paid extra), and they brought the wrong parts so we couldn’t put it together ourselves. When I called, the sales person and manager were very rude. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order because it wasn’t delivered, they wanted to charge me for a restocking fee. What are they restocking if it hadn’t even left the warehouse?! I wish I could rate it at ZERO stars. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! DONOTSHOPHERE!!!

If there was a way to rate this business in negative stars, this would be the first one ever for me. The GM, Mike Wallace is one of the most rude people that I have ever dealt with. How this man is still in his job I will never know. He screwed us over big time and was very rude on the phone when we tried to return something. We cancelled one piece of furniture that was still at their warehouse, and they stilled charged a restocking fee? You should also read their contract, as it reads like something i have never seen before from a business. It is obvious from how it reads that they have already had a rash of complaints in the past and present. There are so many choices for furniture. Furniture for less, but they make up for it in hassles and rip-offs. DONOTSHOPHERE, YOUWILLBESORRY!!!
