My son has to have specific shoes and kinda only like this place, or I would NEVER shop here. Very hard to get anyone’s attention. I spent $ 125.00 on my Nikes and $ 225.00 on his shoes. They ring I all up and coral you in a fence and barely a thank you from anyone. Just a sad loud place for kids to go and spend mommy and daddies hard earned bucks.

It is impossible to find anything I like every in stock in my size at this location. I usually just use the place as a showroom and then go home and order it from whoever has the lowest prices. It’s become a running joke with one of the salespeople I always see in there… it’s to the point where he laughs when I ask. Note to Finish Line: You’d have my business if you stocked extended sizes in store including wide widths. I know I’m not alone in this feeling either.

While it didn’t seem a bad store, no one talked to me at all, even to say hi. I didn’t see any Brooks shoes, unlike their other stores I’ve visited. Without interaction, I can’t say much. The store looked fairly neat.

Went with my son. He was crazy about some new Reebock sneaker. Asked a guy to help us. He brought in 1 shoe and kept helping someone elese. The shoe did not work for us. I asked him to bring another size and he just kept on walking by ignoring us. After we stood there for 5 minutes or so I went to cash register and asked a guy for assistance. That turned out to be the manager. The manager also did not bring the right size and then said they were out of stock.
