Einstein Bros

The quality of what this Einstein’s location serves is great. It consistently is prepared well, seems fresh, and tastes great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and personable. Disappointed that they don’t serve the iced green tea, but they tell me it doesn’t sell well at that location.
I knocked off a star because of location. It’s located inside what is part of IU Health at 16^th and Senate. There is no easy way to park and get in and out. If you’re not already at IU Health for a reason, you can park in a public lot or at a street meter, then you must enter at the 16^th Street central door because other entries are employee only. Also, because it is part of a hospital it is in the exclusion disclaimer at the bottom of your Einstein coupons. Nonetheless, I am thankful they are downtown because the former downtown and Speedway locations have closed.

The food, of course is always awesome, but the people are what makes this location great.
