Doug Miller – State Farm Insurance Agent

Stay away from State Farm! Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried to get in contact with them for a MONTH to change the address on my policy. A month! All I got was an endless stream of voicemail boxes and emails that never got a reply. I thought it was odd that when I had a policy with them I kept getting flyers in the mail about how I should switch to them. Hello?! Wasting your own time and money. These guys are a joke. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone (which was after I had to start a new policy with a new company) they didn’t even apologize! I was a loyal customer for two years who always paid my bill on time and in full. Thank goodness I never had a claim.
Update. I wrote this review five months ago. I just got a message from Doug M. himself questioning if it was even been his branch I had this horrible experience with. Talk about laugh out loud. Rude. Just another reason to run the other direction.
