I was on hold for over 15 minutes, when I complained he said I was not on hold that long, took my card number and hung up without telling me the total. My order was 12 minutes late and cold and the best this manager could do was to give me only $ 5.00 off. And he refused to give me his name. This is the third order in a month and second delivery which the first delivery was cold also but I did not complain about that one which I probably should have. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I went in to order and take home, so my experience is a bit different than the other reviewers who had it delivered. I feel like the pizza gets to my house a little faster if I go pick it myself. The pizza is pretty decent, but I did notice that it was not cooked the same from the outside to the inside of the pie. The cheese was far darker on the outside and soft and gooey near the inside. It’s not something I would compare to Jockamo’s or Arni’s, but for a «fast food» type pizza place, I feel like it’s a little better than Papa Johns or Domino’s. The place was clean and void of customers.

Can someone explain to me why when I picked up my pizza, I had asked the shift mgr did he fire the pizza man & he told me no. That he needed him, he was the only driver that he had. Also he told me that someone just told him that the pizza guy worked at Meijer’s right down the street & he lost his job from stealing merchandise? Explain to me why he still works for you again? I don’t think I hard you correctly! Smh! Btw, this bumps you down a star. If your willing to keep a guy like that around, then I no longer blame him, I put the full brunt of responsibility on you. Unilocal needs to put a non-star option up, because I would favorably award it, especially to you because you earned it!
