A local hole-​in-​the-​wall that is my after trip/​Saturday afternoon/​I don’t want to cook go-​to place. Nice folks running this place, and open carry is not frowned upon.
Consistent quality, with some fall-​off-​the-​bone ribs.

Just off the side of the road, sits a humble yellow building that serves everything bbq. Set in a blue-​collar neighborhood, this places serves the like with tender, slow cooked smoked meats. The menu is simple and rightfully so.
I got the porky mac, (hot) and fell in love with the sauce immediately.
Good work for a hard working crew.
