Fist i have to say that if you are going to buy your supplements in person, support the private small local shops like this! Not just because they are local and privately owned but because the product.
Bob will always remember who you are and what you buy. He is very knowledgeable and can point you to exactly what you need based on your goals. He is also a very nice guy and works hard.
The walls here are not packed to the gills with every possible suppliment like some other big box stores but exactly what is most important and needed for the fitness focused person. For instance he doesn’t cary 20 types of protein, just a few that are the best and the prices are fair.
I will make one note, this is mainly a nutrition store for fitness people. not the place you are going to come searching for some weird never heard of vitamin. With that said, still will have what you need or can get you what you need.

This is one of my favorite shops and the owner is one of the reasons why. Bob is an extremely friendly and helpful owner. He always greets me by name and answers all of my questions. Bob has suggested many supplements and pills and he knows his stuff! I enjoy visiting his store and I always feel welcome.
