Good props but not real scary. I’m a chicken and this one didn’t scare me at all. I laughed more than anything.

First off, let me say that I’m a HUGE fan of haunted houses and am a seasoned veteran, visiting at least three per year. This was my 14 year old daughter’s first venture into a «serious»(aka not specifically for kids aka weenie house) haunted house. While not as scary as some houses I’ve been in, it was fun(as it always is) to go with a group of friends. There is ALWAYS going to be somebody who gets freaked out at even the mildest house and that makes it even more fun. However, for me, the most fun part isn’t necessarily the scary stuff. I really enjoy when part of the tour is funny as well. The mandantory ghoul outside to keep the line entertained was witty and took pictures with us. The first part of the tour was hosted by a lady who peppered the rules with some jokes to keep it entertaining as well. However, for the real show, pay the extra $ 5 to go through the Sinister Woods. The African American lady zombie hosting that part of the tour is HILARIOUS and sends each group into the woods with a laugh. Then, as you enter the woods and you start to gear yourself up for the scary forest part, a «redneck yokel» meets up with you to joke around a bit, give you a flashlight and send you off to get devoured by the ghouls and ghosties. I don’t want to talk too much about the attractions because i don’t want to spoil the surprises, but most, if not all of our party made it through alive. I will say this, while it could have been scarier, it was definitely a fun night and well worth the money. It was a great way to introduce my daughter to haunted houses and our group had a lot of fun. Check it out… if you dare! hahahahahahaha(when you read that, make it sound all sinister and stuff. It works better that way.) NOTE: This attraction open only for the month of October. Also, log on to My Perks dot com to get the special offers and save $ 5/person. –John Cannon
